Gosh a week later and we are still feeling a little ill but better, just stuffed up now. Last weekend my bones and muscles were just hurting. looks like over 20 trailers showed up. Sure was a bad weekend for Arizona teardroppers. besides my wife and I Joe, Ron, Leo, Jim Jim, Bill, Lee Shaw and Glen did not show plus I am missing some I think.

It would seem that the Arizona group was all sick. We sure did miss y'all !

We had a blast, it was great to meet everyone and see your trailers. I was really motivated to get ours built after that, but then with the Holidays and work and everything we haven't done ANYTHING since last month. Adding another (happy) complication it seems as though we need to re-design our TD to make room for a baby to sleep in addition to Theresa, me and the dog

Although babies are small and stay that way for a few years, they also come with many, many accoutrements. So, perhaps the TD should expand to become a TTT.

Buckskin is always the first weekend in December. Look forward to meeting you there!

Jean,

We host a NYE Gathering at the lake every year.

There is a gathering at Mt Charleston July 10-12 at the hilltop campground.
In September there will be on Sept. 9-11 at the same campground.

October 7-9 there is a gathering at the 13 Mile campground at Red Rock.

Nov.11-13 there is a Thanksgiving Gathering at Calville Bay Campground.

jean the next gathering is July 4th weekend, After that we canceled Kirkland and will have our gathering with Gail in Tucson for the Spooktacular end of October then Buckskin first weekend in December.

December 2nd through the 4th 2011 some will arrive early as Tuesday also looks like the park has increased the rates to $30.00 all rules apply so check out the link below. Usually we let everyone do there own thing and Chris would get sort of a pot luck going but I dought she will be there this year so if you want to do a pot luck we could. First timers just show up tell the kiosk that your with the Arizona Round Up and they will direct you to find a spot in a area they have chosen then go back with your space number and pay thats it.

Thanks for the information. It looks like we may have 4 trailers from NV attending the event. Is there a block of sites reserved for the event or do we need to go on line and reserve ahead of time?

The park will block off the section we are to use so you just show up. You can also make reservations if you like and just tell them your with the group.

Unfortunately we won't be able to make it this year. We have other plans that we can't get out of.
WE ARE GOING ON A CRUISE TO HAWAII!!
Poor us.
