SoCal teardrop no0b ponders first build - Looking to G2G

Postby teardrop_focus » Sat Apr 11, 2009 4:47 pm

My name's Chris. I'm a SoCal teardrop no0b that's pondering my first build and I'm looking to Get2Gether with other trailer fanatics ASAP... I can't stop the fever! HELP.

I could kick myself for missing the Perris Get Together last month. I can't let that happen again.

Very much looking forward to my teardrop trailer future!

Culver City/WLA.

If I were any closer to SD today, I'd be knocking on your door. You should be grateful. Hahaha...

Sounds like you've got the bug, BAD. Next time you are going down the I-15, south of corona, swing on by in Wildomar, and we'll talk Teardrops. I'm only 3 miles east, out in the country, the coffee's always on.

Always happy to have drop ins, and i've always got one more teardrop tour in me.

I don't get up to your neck of the woods much. I try to skirt the edges of LA when I can, and only venture into the middle when I have to :)

Lots of great info here, so welcome and have fun!

Hey Chris

It's great to see someone else out there with the same sickness er...enthusiasm as us! I did not build my teardrop, but I nearly rebuilt it! It is a fine little camper and has done very well so far. As a kayak builder, I admire anyone who takes on a project like this. If you would like to have a look at our teardrop or just drop by for a visit, let me know.
Flying a plane is no different from riding a bicycle. It's just a lot harder to put baseball cards in the spokes.
