I am planning on bringing some of my cast iron to this one as now i know what to expect from this bunch of loonies ( I felt right at home )). I have added 2 wagner waffle irons since april. one high base and one low. Make real fine waffles even it I am using Krustize mix. And i want to try my meat loaf before i give out the recipe. It has been a long time since i made it. I blame my employer for all my troubles. Even those that happened before I joined them.

ON TO THE GLYPHS !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Randy saw some pics from a fellow in Las Vegas. Now if we can get Bryan interested, I am sure Jim B will be there. Did I see somewere on here that you were going to be in NE. Utah around the middle of July??? I would like to get up on the Blacksmith fork again. It is really nice. I wonder if Paul with the Salty Tears would like to go to the gathering in Austin.? Jim G

Randy...how about a waffle burger?....if the iron is seasoned well, plop a patty of hamburger in it and squish it, cook to desired finish....let's try it! Waffle irons...they're not just for waffles! Doug

You'd need to get a bacon stretcher...not cheap...I've seen the presses but not a stretcher at a reasonable price. But, if you ground it first, included some onions and maybe green chile's.... Doug

Hey, you guys might be on to something here, grillin with a waffle iron. Keep that baby well greased and see how burgers and steaks work in it.
It works for George Forman...
