Fellow Teardroppers

Do you need an excuse for a Rendevouz? We would like to invite area Teardroppers in August. We are planning for the last weekend of August 28th-30th, in the Julian, California area.

So far...according to the state park William Heise Campground is open at 19.00 for each day, 5.00 for reservation. They said sites 46-55 are best for our mode and that 21-60 are in our area for teardrop style campers (area 2). This will be informal, just make your reservation and let us know as well.

Here is the link for the state park: William Heise

Sooooo.....bring yous's kazoo's, bongos, spoons and spatoons. We sure hope to see many of you! Mark and Eric (Little Guy Trailers, San Diego) My cell: 619-504-4123; shop: 858-277-7607

We were hoping it would be appealing. Maybe a little break from the heat, some pines to fix the atmosphere, and options to occupy the effort to come! Eric

For anyone that may be interested, this is a great area and if you are into the stars or would just like to visit a great star-party, the weekend prior to this gathering Aug 20-23 the Julian Starfest will be happening at the Menghini Winery in Julian, so if ya can extend your weekend by a few days and enjoy this new event in the local mountains, this is only the second year and last year it was a resounding success. there is rustic camping available at the winery....check out the Starfest at: http://www.julianstarfest.com/merchandi ... andise.htm

sorry I can't make this one, too much Teartime this year and taking the wife to Vegas for Aug 24-30

Great Idea!
