Buttonwillow Racing for 2015 1st race March 21-22 2015

It's that time of year again to put out an invite to anyone that would like to camp with us at the race track. We have been doing this for many years and it's a lot of fun. But to this day, no one has joined us. Maybe this year will be different!
Our first weekend will be March 21-22. It is the American Federation of Motorcycles road racing event. We went for the first time last year and had a lot of fun. The racers were really impressed that we came to watch. This year we'll be bringing our drum smoker and do up a batch of pork ribs for Saturday dinner. We'll be arriving Friday afternoon to set up camp. If anyone wants to join us, PM me and we'll let you know the details.

Buttonwillow is located 1/2 mile west of Interstate 5 on Lerdo Highway, which is about 10 miles north of the I-5 Buttonwillow/Highway 58 interchange (about 28 miles from Bakersfield, 196 miles from San Jose, and 126 miles from Los Angeles).
From wherever you are: make your way to I-5 and head north or south (as is appropriate) towards Buttonwillow. At the Lerdo Highway exit, head west for 1/2 mile and the entrance road for the track will be on the left, across from the John Deere tractor factory.
