I took 900+ miles round trip to Lake Tahoe

It was my first time there and I did not disappoint, other than the traffic can be bad in town. It's a bit more commercialized than I expected with everything you need just a short drive to town. The north side has less people and that's what I prefer. We stayed at Emerald Bay for a few days.

One of the many stops on the north side of the lake

Saw the news report that the lake is at max level for the first time in years. Want to get up there before this winter to see it in it's glory, seems it is always low when we go through there.

It was my first time there so I had nothing to reference the water level
