My new favorite pie, This makes 2
3-8oz phillie cream cheese room temp soft
large tub of whip cream
2 gram cracker pie shells or short bread pie crust
1 cup sugar
1 cap full vanilla
chopped pecans
roasted coconut flacks
carmel sauce (the kind you put on ice cream)
in bowl blend cream cheese sugar and vanilla then add whip cream blend in well
pour in pie shells smooth out then cover with pecans and coconut chill
then when ready to eat drizzle with carmel or chocolate sauce
