Need DO help

I would like to make a main dish in our new 20" DO for a Church potluck next Sunday. I am having trouble deciding what to make. I am thinking a casserole would be best. The DO would have to be left unattended for about 45 minutes (depending on how long the Pastor speaks  ). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Uh Oh, looks like Rocky is in search of yet another DO for his collection.

Barbara, there's lots of good DO recipes here.

There should be something sufficient for a large group.

Dean,
Ended up not doing any DO dish for the potluck. Was a really hectic weekend, so we did not feel comfortable experimenting for the potluck.

The 20" is a Cabela's brand pre-seasoned.:beautiful: It is all I can do to lift it empty. I am pleased with the quality of the oven. Appears to be VERY similar to Camp Chef. (even the box looked the same). We are anxious to try it out soon. After this Sat. cross country is over for our son, so maybe we will have some spare time to experiment.

Barbara,
I'd make a double batch of your favorite cream cheese cobbler recipe, just to break it in right....
