Ok here is a strange but good recipe.

½ lb Velveeta Cheese (yes you read that right.)
½ lb butter or margarine
Slowly melt Velveeta and butter in medium bowl in microwave on medium setting until all cheese is melted.

Sift together:
2 lbs powered sugar
½ c. cocoa
Add to melted cheese and sir well.

Add :
1 Tbs Vanilla
1 c. pecans or walnuts if desired.
Spread out in a 9x13 pan and refrigerate until firm cut into squares and serve.

By the way this was the fudge I made at the LCG.

This sounds strange enough that I think I will try it.

I like cheese and chocolat.

Thanks,

Mk

I may have eaten some.

I was in such a feeding frenzy that I think I might have even eaten some dinnerware and plates.

But UMMMM! It was all delish. And anything with Velveeta has to be good, and good for the cardiologist trade. Remember, calories don't count--people do.

I got so full off of shrimp and rice that I had no room for dessert. Even though I had no room, I HAD to finish the couple pieces of dessert that my wife couldn't finish. She hands me the plate and says, "here finish this."
