Hi All,
Since it is the holiday season, had to let you in on the ultimate pumpkin pie garnish. Just top off that pie with a little dab of raspberry jelly (whip cream, too, if you like). There is something just magical about the tart jelly and the mellow pie. Yummy!

Pumpkin empanadas with raspberry glaze (and if you can find it raspberry chipotle glaze is even better) are wonderful.
