OK, I have a DO, I have seasoned it but not used it yet. SO I'm new at this. What would make a good Christmas breakfast/brunch.

Matt:
That vision is such a hearty meal ... and with the picante sauce would rise
most any taste-buds to to challenge. The spice would please most for sure.
Brwbier ... sounds like a good choice from a man that knows satisfied DO eaters.
May your Christmas breakfast/brunch go well.

I think it's cheating but probably tastes the same. We are having Potatoes O'Brian cooked with eggs. Biscuits and gravy made with dear sausage. No eggs for me.
