has anyone seen the Mega Ball. Its a plastic ball that is an ice cream maker, instead of cranking it you just roll it back and forth. It actually works, takes about a half hour to make a quart. It's almost as much work as cranking but kids don't get bored quite as quick.

I bought mine at Scheels from 39.99, I knew I should have bought one when I saw them the first time mismarked at 3.99. Already trying to figure out a cart that would spin it and just hook it behind a bicycle and ride for a half hour.

We were in a Walmart the other day and they had them for $19.99. I was really surprised. Of course I was in hurry and didn't buy one, so I will probably not find one at that price again.

Is it fragile, or could I throw it in the truck bed?

Hey Gang,
There's only one way for this teardropper to make ice cream...
In a dutch oven of course.
BTW- Anyone that can make it out to AW Way Campground this weekend can stop by at 4:00PM on Saturday and have a slice of prime rib.
