Ron...I think you will want to pre-test any recipe....At the SLO waffle thing...mine dropped out of the irons...last weekend at home, doctored up a recipe, and they were "stickers" and my iron is really well seasoned....don't know if it was the sugar, or milk fat content...but results were less than expected. :thinking: Doug
