Another Chicken Recipe

Hi all,

It must be that time of year or something but I was experimenting in the kitchen again tonight. I sauted two boneless chicken breasts with some thinly sliced raw french fried potatoes add salt & pepper, then after it was half cooked I added 1/8 c bbq sauce and 1/8 of water.

Cooked it covered in a frying pan, chicken was really tender and the potatoes absorbed the bbq sauce well. Probably took 20 minutes cooking on med. heat.

This would be very easily done in a DO over low heat, imho.
