Honey Graham Cinnamon Waffles
Posted: Sun Oct 20, 2013 5:08 pmI found a recipe for graham cracker flavored waffles. They are pretty good, so I thought I would post my version.
1 1/4 cups flour
6 sheets graham crackers ( crushed)
3 TBSP brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup honey
1 TBSP melted butter
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Cook them up like regular waffles. For a special treat, top them with chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff. They make good s'mores-ona-stick if you do them in the waffle dog iron.
