I tried Dean's recipe this weekend. It was a huge success! We had 4 hungry campers and this hit the spot! Give it a try!!!

I've seen six or seven of your videos and I was wondering if you ever compiled a DVD Cookbook? I just love how you show so clearly not only the ingredients, but also the number of brickettes that you use both top and bottom as well as time cooking. Great show and much appreciated. I've got to make both that Pigs in a cornfield as well as your Lasagne! Even although it's almost midnight, I am really iching to get out the CI and get to cookin.

As I was watching your video, I was wondering if DO's are made to fit inside one another. Maybe I am a little off the wall, but in a TD space is always at a premium. I was wondering if I could nest a smaller DO in my 12 inch one so I could cook both the main dish like your Fogcrawler lasagne and maybe a cobbler for desert in a smaller DO. Anybody know if this could be done. For me Space is always at a premium.
