Posted: Tue Apr 03, 2018 9:02 pmI love DO turkey, cooked it that way, in the oven though, for the past two thanksgivings and christmas. I follow Alton Browns method in his Everyday Cook cookbook. You can do a chicken that way in a 10" / 5 quart DO.
