What's linguisa? And what kind of cheese(s) did you use?

Besides fresh, expensive Buffalo mozzarella, the only stuff we get down here is Polly-O and Sargento.

Mozzerella with just a light sprinkling of cheddar to give it some color.

...take your two largest DO, fill with water and carry everywhere you go...you can only eat when your hands are full (of DO)...that'll help
