This teardrop camper trailer, 80% complete, is based on the Kuffel Creek "Cubby" design.( kuffelcreekDOTcom/cubby.htm)
The cabin is completely finished. You can cover the trailer with your choice of material, complete the galley to your liking, add fenders, wire the lights, install a battery, and you're ready to go camping!

*Built on the Harbor Freight 4x8 trailer.
The A-frame tongue is reinforced with two welded steel brackets. (Coleman cooIer in the pictures is NOT included.
* Tongue is extended 22" for easier road handling and backing up. The extended tongue extends back under the trailer and is bolted to the cross beams for additional rigidity and support.
*Single wheel tongue jack.
*The floor and frame were sealed with liquid asphalt and insulated with pink foam sheet.
* The interior cabinet frames and doors are made from ¾” birch ply, stained and varnished.
*The lower galley cabinet frame is also made of birch ply, with cherry colored doors from IKEA. The frame i snot yet stained. I do have the stain that matches the inside cabinets. The countertop is real butcher block ready to be refinished.
* The interior walls are ¼” laminated birch. The entire interior is trimmed with pine molding stained a dark mahogany color.
* Improved “hurricane” hinge.
*The walls are sandwich construction with foam board insulation.
* Outer skin is 1/8” luan ply sealed with a 50/50 mix of polyurethane and mineral spirits. It’s waiting for your choice of exterior finish.
* Trailer frame painted with Rustoleum aluminum color and two full coats of clear coat.
*FanTastic, 3 speed reversible fan.
*two aircraft style reading lamps. I have two extra.
* A “Blue Sea” fuse block with lines for the porch lights, reading lights, galley, fan, entertainment unit and spare.
*Pre-fabricated doors with anodized aluminum frame, sliding widows, screens, tinted glass and lock.
* Coffee colored carpet.
*Vintage tag lamp and radio antenna.
*two drop-down rear stabilizers.
*Chrome colored exterior porch lights with switches inside the cabin.
*Each frame spar is made from laminated southern yellow pine.

Selling the camper is bittersweet as I put so much time into building it and I am very proud of my craftsmanship. However, I'm distracted by a new motorcycle, so I've lost my motivation to finish the camper. I'm selling it for exactly what I spent on materials. $2,800 I have receipts for everything.

I bet this is sold by now! This is exactly what I want, a project to finish. Too far away though as I am in California.

Good luck
