Solid restorable condition. Towed without drama 200 miles to Hancock, NY, where it has been for 5 years. We used it as a spare bedroom at our little summer cottage. Roof was tarred, it does not leak. It DID leak before I got it and shows some damage to the wood interior. Floors and frame are solid.
