Looking to sell homemade 6x10 cargo trailer camper

I am looking to sell my homemade 6x10 cargo trailer camper. Honestly, I have no idea what the market for these types of campers are or what to list it for. It has a large kitchen area when opening the rear double doors with ice chest and propane stove on pull out drawers. Side door opens to the inside with L shaped sofa that opens to queen bed. Has TV and air conditioning. All 12V lighting that can run on battery when not plugged into shore power. 110V outlets available when plugged in. It has some finishing work that needs to be done but I don't have the time to work on it anymore.

I've seen 5 x 8 conversions listed at $20,000+ and 8.5 x 24s at 1$15 - $20k. I think it's a case of what the market will bear. Your build looks really nice and while one never really recoups all the labor they put in, you don't want to give it away either. Trailer prices have gone up a ridiculous amount over the past 2 years, and you should factor that into your asking price. 2 years ago, I was buying 6 x 10s for $2200. Now they're closer to $k. All that being said. I'd list at $15,000 (unless you need more than that to recover material costs) and see what the response is. Good luck with the sale.
