Unusal Teardrop For Sale - Asheville Craigslist - $3200

This looks like modern fiberglass sort-of teardrop, I think:

Ad copy reads:

Nice 2005 custom fiberglass camper for sale. 6' wide by 9' long not including tongue. Lite enough (400 lbs or so) that we hauled it to the W coast and back (over 8000 miles) with a 4 cylinder Ford Focus - you can haul it with anything! In excellent condition! Has a power hookup with electrical outlets inside and a brand new AC for hot days. Sleeps two comfortably and will carry a bunch of gear, etc. New tires. Has very minor leak issue (needs some new seals). Practically giving it away at $3200 OBO! I've had people offer to buy it AND pay for a U-Haul back from the west coast. Franklin area. Call (828) 371-8474, ask for Morgan.

Yeah, I agree. Interesting concept, a fiberglass tear. But kind of ugly in execution. Not my cup of tea, really. I don't find it very aesthetically appealing. In addition to their simple practicality, I find the traditional teardrop very nice to look at. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

That looks suspiciously like a trailer my brother brought here and I turned into fire. It was hinged along the bottom front and the whole top lifted from the rear to load motorcycles or whatever in. It also had a pass thru door in the back of some sort, can't recall exactly. I do know that that is the same body tho, I've still got the front section layin' out back under a quad, saved the front 12" to use as a windscreen on front of a trailer, never did use it.
