Just ask them if their plans will build the tear pictured. If not, then report them to ebay. That they are misrepresenting their product deliberately to make money from some poor chap that doesn't know and in turn is giving Ebay a bad name. :thinking:

The photo shown in this ad is my LuxoTear, but is likely being used legally as I offer that image for sale through a royalty-free stock photography website.

However the plans the seller is offering are not my design and will not produce a similar product.

Buyer beware!
