Hi;
I have both a metal cutting chopsaw and a 4.5" angle grinder. For the mods on the Harbor Freight trailer you could do it all with the 4.5" grinder (plus possibly a small amount of manual hacksaw cutting) and save a lot of money over buying a chopsaw.
It's ust a thought...a 4.5" angle grinder is one of the handiest tools I have. I use it all the time for cutting & trimming metal, plastic, almuninum, fiberglass...super handy.
You can pick one up for less than $30...and grinding wheels are usually 10 for $5.
