Has Torx axle, 5 k btu ac, 12 volt RV power supply/charger and battery, new camo sheets and blanket, great tires, Front overhead storage is lockable and has 110 outlet, two storage areas over head end. Galley has heavy duty sliding counter top that pulls out past rear for easy access and cooking. Includes Coleman stove, Mr Coffee, new ice chest, Army footlocker full of stuff (tarps , lantern, fire extinguisher and so on) Has Coleman bag type potty. DOES NOTinclude EZ UP Has large roll around front wheel. Galley light, Outside light both sides, two way cieling light and two reading lights. Crank out windows and insulated roof. tows like a dream. My guess is about 1000 pounds loaded. This cabin and axle used only twice. 2 inch square frame is reused from old Tear

Do to circumstances beyond my control I must sell my Tear. 5 x10 with full size mattress. Everything goes with it. Fill the cooler, throw in your clothes and go camping. Will post pictures this week. Not the tear in avitar but the larger one I built that looks a lot like it. $3,000.00 gets everything from camy sheets to coleman stove and everything in between.
