1953 Vintage Canned Ham Camper Rod & Reel Trailer - $14,500 (Mount Dora (Orl.)FL)

A true Professional Frame-Off Restoration of a Vintage California Camper Trailer by Rod & Reel. It's super easy to tow weighing in at only 2200 pds., 14' Long, 8' Tall and 7' 2" in width. Tows like a DREAM because the tonque weight is the perfect weight:280 lbs. It's surprisingly HUGE inside with plenty of headroom, self-contained Propane and Electric capabilities, all refurbished to new including Insulation, Electrical and Plumbing. It sleeps 3-4 comfortably with a large Rear Bed at one end and a Dinette at the other that makes into a Sleeper. There's plenty of storage everywhere and even a hanging closet. Many of the windows carry screens and it is equipped with a 'Fantastic' Fan that has a Reverse Cycle to purge the interior air. The remarkably mint, originalreal wood BIRCH Interior has been refinished to 'new' while the Exterior features all new Chrome-Like Polished Corrogated Stainless Steel Body, now LOW-maintenance to NO maintenance. Any interior materials were replaced with new cloth upholstery fabric yet, keeping with it's Show Car Status, the original 50's Appliances were retained. (Typically these are kept as original as possible for Trailer & Car Shows). You'll be the Ta;lk of The Trailer Park or Camp Ground in this beauty. Even the Linoleum Floors were replaced while the original, mint Boomerang Aqua Mica Table Top and Sink Top were retained. We have added original Condiment Cannisters marked 'Flour', 'Tea' and etc. to match the Aqua tops and Period 1950's Artwork to make this camper "cute as a button". If you want to turn heads at the CarShow show up with this beauty hitched to your classic car. Sold way under what it just cost to restore at $14,500. Call 352-385-0049 10a-5p Mon-Fri.
