Wanted! Travel Trailer in the Carolinas

Postby Vommie » Fri Jul 24, 2009 4:40 pm

I have been looking everyday for something in my area. :worship:

I'd love something vintage or a scamp.. I just need AC! I don't want to spend over 6000.. less would be even better.

I found this http://charlotte.craigslist.org/rvs/1272848978.html
but its 3 and a half hrs away and the owner is not very open with the details..

I hope to see this one tomorrow if the they get back with me today

I can't go over 1800 pds... I'm in The charlotte NC area but am willing to travel 200 or more miles for the right trailer.

Thanks in advance for any input!

When I bought my T@B I drove down to St Louis, MO to pick it up. I live in Michigan. It was about a 13 hour drive. And it was worth every minute of it!

Mike...

Scotty for sale in Greenville.

Postby montanablue » Fri Jul 24, 2009 6:16 pm

Hi I sent you a message that I have a Scotty for sale here in Greenville. I haven't even posted it yet. It is a little different. It is wider than normal Gaucho's. It is 7 foot wide. I am 6'3"" and it gives me lots of room to stretch out in bed.
Let me know if you are interested and I will send you some pictures.
Thanks,
Rick

Thanks montanablue I sent you an E-mail

Mike.. I wish I had the time to travel far and wide for anything right now. But I work way to much and only have Sat to travel really. sometimes I dont even have that. But when we hire more nurses I'll be able to take time off, I hope. I know I know, then how am I going to have time to go camping! I will make time for that.. I have to learn to say no when they ask if i'll work extra shift's.. Once I have my trailer I'll have a good excuse to say no!
