That's a LittleGuy, and based on the weight, it would have to be a Rascal. The original price of $7995 ain't right, according the LG site.

..Could have been a typo. If you look at the picture, it looks like the sign says $6,995? Probably isn't a scam....

Might it have originally been $7995 with all those extras? Anyway, if it's a typo, then his math is wrong and the current price isn't half the original.

He's dropped it another $300 since this ad.

I thought the same thing about the extras. I stopped by his lot several moths ago just to see my first "in person" teardrop. All I could think about when looking at them and the price was how much more I could for my money get if I built it myself.

Annoyingly, this LG dealership has been going out of business by way of Craig's List ever since I first took an interest in buying a teardrop. I usually just disregard their Craig's List postings because I've seen around here what kind of teardrop I can get for $7,000 or even $4,000 (their "going out of business" price).

As for their "extras", when I first looked into it, I totaled up buying all the extras myself to well under $1,000, and that was adding a few extras of my own that they didn't mention. They can keep their $2,000 launch chairs and Easy-Up gazebo, and just sell the teardrop to me for $2,000. Done deal.

Guess all that explains why I had "half price" in quotation marks.

I drive by that place sometimes when I work in Daytona. Still haven't had the urge to stop in.

He has 2 trailers left on the lot. He only ever had about 10 trailers and he had several over at the Volusia Mall for awhile, trying to sell them. He had a used car lot and there are no cars there now.
