For a little tech info as I had one for about a month and 1 camping trip. Tongue weight depends on the spare being there, but 75-90#s. Overall weight empty, 865#s. Overall width, 76" wide as my gate is 78" wide and that is why I had to sell. Pretty light weight.
The weather top secures to side rails as the pop-up top does as well. You open by unrolling the weather top toward the front. Then you pull on the bars to open it. First on the rear polls to prop up the back, then pull the front bed out and this props up the front bars. You adjust the strings on the rear polls to get tension in the top. You secure the sides of the top to the side rails. It probably takes 10 mins or so in the dark with a flashlight to get it all ready to walk in. Everything is covered from the weather except 4" or so in the front where the bed slides into the box. This is open till you pull the bed out. The top wraps around the bed and the front poll is secured to the box. This keeps the weather out during setup and take down.
The cabinet is a custom one they put in. The bench/table has been relocated to where it is now. The table/bench is on the left side of the door with a small storage cabinet behind it. The cabinet would have access from the top. You can open the door with the weather top secured on but you do have to disconnect the top from the door. Door way is small in width so you are limited to loading through that. You can always add an exterior access to gain more room for bigger coolers.
My kids and I had enjoyed ours for the very short term I've had it. It does sit low so setting up the stabilizers you do have to get down into the dirt. Other than that, it with stood a hard down pour and side winds with no leaks or damage.
I would have liked it to be 4"-6" skinnier and 4-6" longer for maintaining interior space and sleeping quarters and a little taller for better setup access.
