Not mine. I have seen this trailer in person and it is very nice. It even has Boyd Coddington wheels.

As far as I have been able to check. The answer is no. The photo below shows what a few of us think is a proto type for the Kenskill and it was built around 1946. George at the Teardrop Fix-It-Shop would know.

This is the original ad that Bill Kennedy ran for the teardrop dated 1947.

Are those fenders on that Ken-skill the same as on the Modernistic?

The fenders are close but not quite. There is more of a outside over hang on the Kenskill fender (Don't really know how to explain it). The original Kenskill fenders were also aluminum. I'm not sure about the Modernistic.

Danny, thanks for the info. I did not know he sold the tow rig. That is a shame. It would have been nice to keep them together. It was such a nice combo.

Gage & Doug: Our Modernistic has aluminum fenders. Some of the Cubs had a different design steel fender, but I think Mark & Pat in TN have the aluminum fenders on their Cub. My opinion is that it depended on what was available at the time, same with the windows and the aluminum. Some of ours is Alcoa, and some Reynolds for the aluminum. Bob

I have two sets of original Modernistic/Modernaire fenders, one set on the Modernaire and a spare set. They are both aluminum.
