Bender...having worked with rolled square stock before on a number of projects, I'd make sure that the 2 profiles are relatively close. These problems may be the reason that he sold it in the first place...while I sure hope it all works out for you in the long run, radaii that are off could be a challenge to work with down the road...hang in there, you got lemons, now make lemonaid...Doug
