...hadda do a double take...there are 3 very distinctive differences that probably only I(or Jim) would notice but EXTREMELY close to the 'gator...that is not counting the little tires and fenders and HF frame

...the roof may be straight up corroplast, which would be questionable in my mind but it may also be Alumalite or Econlite from OmegaPanels...

Dave, it looks a whole lot like the profile of an Averatec, either the 3300, 3400 or 5000 series. I've got a 3200 and the front output ports, case style and logo on the top are nearly identical to the output port, latch, case and logo placement on the notebook pictured.

omigod...that I can spot that stuff, how geeky is that? :shock:

If it stays under 1000 that's a good deal (I think.) Pity there's no hatch in the back. :)

I tried to get some more specifics about the roof from the seller (is it coroplast, is it UV resistant, what is the edge trim made out of) but they won't respond. They must think I am just fishing for info.......which I am :)
