Well I still have my tear that I built. It is overall 10' long 4' wide and 4' tall. The actual sleeping area is 47" by 76". There are 2 cabinets inside with an open space in between for a t.v. It is wired with 2 lights in side and a plug for the t.v. For those that need cable hook up there is a cable plug in the slot for the t.v. that is connected to another cable plate on the under side of the rear counter. In the rear is ample storage under the counter and 2 cabinets. It has simple supports to hold up the rear hatch.
The interior and exterior are stained red oak over bead board siding. The exterior has been sealed 5 time with spar vanish and the interior has been covered 3 time with spar varnish. The roof is 1/4" that has been painted with oil base sander sealer then 3 coats of Alum. colored oil based barn and fence paint.
The trailer it is on is a Harbor Freight 4' by 8' that has been strtched 9"s and has been welded solid on every joint. The trailer is titled in the state of Tenn. as a utility trail since the body of the tear can be removed by taking out 6 bolts.
I'm needing to sell if possible for a bargain in my opion $2000.
If you have any questions feel free to email me or pm me.
Also check out all of the photos in my album.
Thanks.

"custom fabricated"

"hand crafted"

"individual design and construction"

you're selling the sizzle, not the steak!

Well as a matter of fact all three.
As for the "steak", it is done. If one wanted to add air or what ever there is plenty of room for additions or keep it the way it is.
