Looks like it might need a little work on the inside, since the person mentioned a little leakage around the ceiling vent. It is kind of cute though.

A sweet little trailer and, at $400, not a big risk.
However it might, or might not, need a lot of work on the inside - if that 'little leakage around the ceiling vent' has damaged the inside wood, the whole roof structure in that area may be rotten inside.
Caveat emptor (buyer beware) as they say....
