Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

Before I started building my teardrop trailer I found this trailer at a neighbor's yard. I bought it and stripped it down to the frame thinking I would rebuild it with new materials and have a trailer. But I found this forum and the rest is history. So here this frame sits in my backyard. It is a 13 ft trailer with steel channel for the base frame and 1" tube for the trailer frame. I cleaned it and sprayed primer on it but the trailer has sat for a year and is starting to rust again. I put a new floor (plywood) in it and it has been covered in plastic but I don't know how it has survived. It has brakes and I saved the old windows (Heer or Herr) but they need some work. I have a title and bill of sale when I bought it. If anyone is interested in this as a fixer upper or for a frame for a teardrop I will make you a great deal. PM me and we can discuss. I'm in the Salt Lake area of Utah so the closer the better.
