Do you want an Escape Hatch?

This is such a comfortable design that Chell wouldn't let me take it apart to rebuild it as the optimized Escape Hatch. She says it's perfect for someone who doesn't want to build a teardrop, but just wants to finish off the inside with the final touches.
So if someone is interested, we'll let it go, pretty much just at cost.
It'll include the bed, the curtains, the air conditioner/heater and the electrical (no solar).
