Headline advertises '47 kit. Add says " designed in '60". Hmmm, which is it?

Prehaps, it was built from a kit. It isn't a Kit mfg'd teardrop. The headline was most like meant to get one's attention. Those who have only heard of a Kit teardrop but has not seen one. It's a trick learned on ebay. Except on ebay the magic word is Teardrop.
