I am selling my 4x10 Tear (Kuffel Creek Design). It is a one of a kind. The walls and floor are fully insulated, aluminum skin, A/C, microwave, 110V refrigerator, gas cook top, sink, water heater, 120V removable power cord, 120V & 12V lighting, 12V vent fan in roof, am/fm/cd clock radio, custom futon mattress, oak cabinets inside and in galley area. 5350.00 OBO Click on my album below to see all the pics.

I guess it is like the thrill of the hunt, now that I am finished with it and have added every option I can think of to it I am ready to build another one. So with a Tear, 2 kayaks and a golf cart in the shop something has to go. Thanks for the kind words. :)

It seems that Central Texas (hence the A/C) is not a hot bed for Tear aficionados. I have listed it on Craigs list a couple of times and have people call and want a free tour but not much else. Oh well it cost me nothing to keep it so I just might. :thinking:

I think it's the 4'x dimension that makes people hesitate, really.

I am 5-11, 225 and the wife is, well lets just say she is petite and we have no problems sleeping in the Tear, pf course if you look in the back ground of some of the pics you can see our 40' fifth wheel which one do you think she would rather me sale. :?
