willing to trade for large teardrop

Postby Rafael5000 » Thu Nov 04, 2004 4:03 pm

Hello all, my name is Ralph, i have been looking a teardrop for almost a year now, for my pt cruiser to pull, i recently found a full size used rv, and thought i could use it to pull the pt, but no luck there, not to do it safely for the pt...
so now i have an RV im willing to trade for a large teardrop for my wife and i, im a disabled vet, with leg and hip problems, so i would like to have enough room to at least sit inside cofortably, i hope im not just daydreaming here, but i think im in the right forum to find out.
anyopne with any information, on what i can do, please contact me.

Teardrops with tables in them are far and few between... however, my Baja Benroy has inside seating...

And my Lil Diner design also has inside seating. If you are not inclined to build one yourself, send a private message to Steve Frederick, he may be interested in building one for you.

Steve is a top notch woodworker, (you can see his stripped teardrop in the hall of fame), and is looking to expand his woodworking business.

Any more questions? :D

Hey Mike,
I've been keepin' an eye on things.
If I didn't know any better, I'd say you've designed my final design for me. That baby looks sweet!

I couldn't pass up on the LNG gag. A while back, an out of town corporation by the name of Calpine tried to get approval to build an LNG depot on the shoreline of our local bay, which would have brought super tankers filled with the stuff into our little rustic port. Their plan was to pipe it inland to the I-5 corridor, over near where Grant lives. They also wanted exclusive rights to a small airport out on the peninsulla for doing such a wonderful service for our community. They left town after two public meetings and scrapped the project. So, for a short time there, LNG was quite the buzz word around here.

Well, it's going to take some time to close the deal, but at least the pressure of uncertainty has been dowsed. Oh yeah, I've got a cedar strip canoe to finish first before going full bore on the teardrop, but... That doesn't mean I can't spend some of my time goofing off here, havin' fun with you guys when I could be putting my time towards more contsrtuctive uses elsewhere.
(Anyone care to make a motion on that, along with a second?)
