spoke with the owner, and he said the previous owner had lived in the trailer for 10 years...

No leaks, the outside is perfect, but it needs work on the inside. Appliances all work, but he says they could use some work. He doesn't have pics of the inside, and doesn't seem too interested in taking pics.

I live in socal, but would take a trip to az if the trailer would work. any advice on what questions I should ask before I make the trip?
