Did you notice how light weight that tongue is? For $300 - $600 it might be best to start new considering the chassis and water damage to the plywood and only one door cut out. It looks like an abandoned project from a while ago. I'm not a fan of fixing something someone else gave up on. Danny

To me that is not a bad deal. Just wish I had a garage to store it in to finish it. Could easliy add the 2nd door in.
