I've seen this teardrop and it is big. The rest of the story is that he was going to restore the Scotsman. But when he fell through the floor, he decided to take it all the way down and rebuild it as a teardrop.
Remember 'Teardrop Time'.......Take your time, you don't have to have it finished NOW.
