Shasta for sale

Postby asianflava » Mon May 28, 2007 12:41 am

I was checking the inventory at the local Airstream dealership and saw this 1962 Shasta. This isn't a teardrop, and at 15ft it's pushing the TTT to the limits too. I just thought it was a neat trailer. Looks like it has some leaks, not too bad though.

Hmmm why would I be checking an Airstream dealer's inventory?

Just because you got the big ol' new truck doesn't mean that you have to go over to the "dark side". Say it's not so!

Seems it is in TX, a long way from me...

I've been thinking about a 13" metz if I can find one... but cooking inside, etc... except for making my gas mileage even worse than it is now, and being able to stand up inside, not sure what it would buy me...

Actually that is the reason why I got a big ol' truck. We're just looking.

Gage, the reason I can take my time on my current build is I have my first build to use.. takes a lot of pressure off me.

Aw, now you know why it took me 2 1/2 years to build mine. Besides being on teardrop time, why hurry when I had the Dalton to camp in. It pulls just as much attention as the teardrop. :)
