It is nice looking... but for 24k it should have a complete home theater in it and come fully stocked.

Nice TD but Wow :? $24,000 for a 4 ft wide? I've been told mine is worth a lot, but not that much.
He needs more pictures to convince a prospective buyer.
I wish him luck selling it for that price. :) Danny

24k
I think this goes with the idea some people with buy something just because it costs a fortune so they figure it is extra special.
I agree with Danny they need a lot more pictures and more detail information.
The size they have listed as 6ft wide, 5ft high, 10.84ft long.
Is the 6ft from outer fender to outer fender?? as it says it has a double bed??
Is the 5ft high from the ground to top of trailer?
Is the 10.84ft from back of trailer to the end of the tongue?
Somehow I don't think they will sell very many, it doesn't look at special to me. At that price it would have to be to die for & then some.

I wonder who's building it for them?

If anyone reading the Sundance catalogue reads this and wants to spend a little less than $24,000 and get a trailer with a/c, call me first!

Danny, since you live under a rock:

Normal--buy a Bic pen, $0.59
Uber stylish--buy a MontBlanc pen for $250.00

Normal--buy a Timex watch, $18.99 (or just look around--clocks everywhere!)
Uber stylish--buy a Piaget watch, $24,000.00

Normal--buy a tent, $29.99. Drive to campsite in your Honda Civic.
Uber stylish--buy a teardrop for $24,000.00. Drive to campsite in your 4WD Hummer--$$$

Sundance catalogue used to have artisan type crafts and jewlery and reasonable prices. Haven't looked at one in a while, but I'll build 'em trailers as configured for 12 grand a pop and they can still mark it up and make a profit. It would be interesting to know how large a market they have at that price, and if it is a large market, I would love their mailing list!

What really surprises me the most is the roof isn't even insulated.

The second surprise is the prop sticks for the hatch.

Even though those props are wooden, with a metal rod going from side to side(assumption) it is an interesting alternative for builders who are not comfortable installing gas piston props.

Because of the metal rod you could have another clip or something that would preven the hatck from being lifted by the wind and come crashing down and they are very compact
