That's pretty nice, it would give someone a great headstart. Especially since the hatch is almost complete.

Yes, if was in need of another one, I would certainly consider bidding on it.. for the trailer and what is already in it, looks pretty fine to me.

I can see some potential problems with this teardrop. Looks like he used Desert Teardrop's profile template which has the side door placement too close to the wheel and to high for a standard thickness mattress. This will limit the choice of fenders and the height will cut into your legs if sitting on the mattress. The hatch looks like it was copied from pics on my web site.

It has a hole cut for a 14" roof vent but the roof has a radius on top which will be a trick to mount. Also could use an opposite side door but this is just my preferrence and it's not too late to cut one.

Just calling attention to a few issues to ponder for potential bidders.

Denny, your darn good if you can see a hole in the roof.
Ive looked again, and all i see is a light reflected on the roof from inside the garage. 8)

I looked at the pics, it looks like it is flat in between the two uppermost screw holes.

Chip & Jim, he didn't show the vent in the pics but it is mentioned in the description. You guys are probably like me when assembling something, look at the pics then, if you really get stuck read the directions. :D BTW: that is one of the longest eBay descriptions I've seen in a long time.

AH HAHHHH, me and Chip wuz right..there is no hole in the top
The 14" x 14" vent area is cut into the ceiling, but not the roof and it is prewired for a fan equiped vent. 8) Wire the trailer for and install turn signal/bra

man, i had to speed read that thing and it still took 5 minutes..

I stand corrected. I wasn't about to go back and re-read that whole thing again and guess I misunderstood his description. I had noticed from the side profile that there was no flat on top. I have a hunch he realized this and didn't complete the opening all the way through. It would be a bear to seal a vent on that curved surface.

Hey that tear has some fine speakers! Good party time campfires no doubt with that tear.

Well, if you look on Ebay today, you'll notice the person withdrew the sale! It's gone.

I had even been communicating with him about the camper too. Oh well, back to the drawing board. I'm sure if I'm patient, mine will come to me, right?
