I especially like the, "I communicate the best" statement. Check out the misspelled words and extras included in some of his sentences...I know I'm being picky and that he means that he gets back to you in a hurry...but hey, don't advertise that you can communicate the best and then not even proof your own ad. Replace that photo with a dirty picture so his auction gets killed (unless of course thats the guy who built it).

Is this the same guy that ripped off Cary's Camp-Inn pic? He prolly just stole another one to replace the Camp-Inn... He's got another tear pic listed in another auction too. :(

That photo has been uploaded to Ebay's server so changing the one in the album won't do any good.

Maybe a copy should be bought and if anything came from the forum Mike should send something to Ebay showing how the forum has been ripped off???

That was my picture that was ripped off. The heat is on him now,so he could have switched identities/user name on E-bay,and picked another target of public photo albums here.

The reason my photo album was locked as private. He has done this 3 times now with my picture. It is misrepresenting a product to sell ,with something that he can't possibly have{Camp Inn build specs}. Plain & simple fraud. If a buyer wants to push for a fraud conviction,my picture may get me involved with this jerk , Kapeesh?

Mike your info has been sent.

That is MY Modernistic. The image must have been stolen from the "Hall of Fame" since that is where it is located. No permission from me and kind of interesting because the only plan I had was a profile bought from Grant at L'il Bear. The rest of the plans were all in my head (and may still be there for all I know  ). I sold this teardrop about 1 1/2 years ago but that is my image in front of my fence at home. What can I do about this?

dguff,

Welcome to the club of stolen pictures. I have the info you need to make a proper complaint with ebay. They are a dense bunch,e-mailing them is a waste of time,so filing their forms is the only thing they understand. Send me a PM with your E-mail address, and I will forward you that info if you want.

BTW I have researched your seller, and doesn't appear to be the same one as mine, but mine could have changed info, and listing name. Another picture stealer from this board, out to make a fast buck from someone elses labor.

Once you have filed the forms you will get all the info from the seller to make contact, including phone #'s,addresses,e-mail addresses, and sales network{if any}.

I bought my td plans on ebay. Then a forum member PM'd me that several of my pictures were in one of the ebay listings. It was the guy who I bought my plans from.

I wrote to him to ask him to please remove my pics from his future listings as I had not given my permission for him to use them.

He was very nice to tell me the listings that were current could not be changed but all his new listings would no longer use my images.

He kept his word on his next listings and my photos were removed.

My teardrop photo has been used so many times in the past, I have lost count.

Unfortunately, the photo is on the internet with no sign of copyright, thus it is subject to being used. Before anyone gets all high and mighty on me, All I am saying is, I don't agree with anyone using someone elses finished project to help sell their plans for financial gain......but this is a gray area.

The best thing to do is to contact the Ebayer and ask him to remove the photo or pay you a percentage of the sales. The photo will be removed and you will get an apology from this guy. He used my photo about 2 months ago.
