I found this on a website in Germany

And they state it as an OldTimer - looks homemade ... :thinking:

Hmmm... I don't know who made it, but I sure do like it! The website said: "Other models with a different layout and other dimensions are possible." This would lead me to think maybe it was made over there somewhere "in the American style" maybe? It does look quite old what with the early Chevy wheels and the Wynn's decal? It certainly looks well constructed. The hatch is quite thin and the rivets(?) down the sides cruve like the profile. Could be it has a metal frame? I even like the tail lights; they look kinda like early 50's Pontaic. I also love the profile... Sorta halfway between a Benroy and a Kit. I don't understand the price though? Do they have the decimal point off a 2 or 3 spaces??? Cool Teardrop indeed. ;)

Over 5000 Euro it is.. Brick Im going to call them just to snoop around a little. Lets see how was my German again.. :lol: :lol:

It is a nice looking tear though..

Okay I called these people and this gentleman has sold it..He also deals in Vintage Airstream..

This one came from the USA.. So I take it he has a headhunter in the States looking for them..for him thats why he stated other models possible. :D

So now I know what the prices of them can be here.. 8) 8)

I am not surprised he got a good price for it. Even here I think it would go for big bucks. Just a very nice, well made, unique teardrop. I won't forget that one. :thumbsup:
