Fixer-Upper Wanted

Hi.

I'm looking for a teardrop, (5x8 preferably) to fix up/restore with my grandpa. A "shell" would be nice to customize...but not necessary. Also looking for one close to Fresno, CA if possible. The cheaper the better, since I'm buying this for myself to go camping and fishing with just a few times a year.
