Mostly built Cubby for Sale

We bought this mostly finished Cubby from a really great guy last year. He could not finish it - so we thought that would be a great way for us to get into one. Unfortunately, my husband's health has been such that he has not been able to do much work on it. We really need to "cut bait" at this time - as we have also been forced to move.
This is a Cubby that just needs the back hatch built and the interior finished. We have the supplies the previous owner gave us - about enough to round out he project. Will include these supplies and the plans.
We are in Davis, CA. You'll need to pick it up - it is road worthy as we brought it up from San Diego when we got it.
email me for pictures, as I don't have them on a site where we can link to them. $2500 obo: nice because you could finish it off and sell for at least $4k.
