Wanted, Teardrop to rent in San Diego area

Postby jfdye » Mon Feb 11, 2008 8:31 pm

My husband and I are really thinking of purchasing a teardrop trailer. We'd like to try one out first. We are planning on flying to San Diego in May for a 14 day camping trip up to Yosemite and back. Does anyone know where we could rent a teardrop trailer for two weeks in the San Diego area?

Not in the San Diego area but I believe there is a dealer in the Sacramento area that rents Lil Guy's. Not to far out of your way.

If you can't find a tear for Yosemite why not rent a model "T" to tour the park. Danny

What a great idea for a vacation. Thank you for posting it. I will have to give it a shot in a couple of years. (This year is going to be a cheap vacation since it's a strike year).

Thanks so much for your help. I really like the ModelT idea. Hopefully we will still find a tear to rent.

Looking to rent a teardrop June-July Jersey/Phila area

Postby TeardropFan » Mon Jun 02, 2008 5:01 pm

Anyone know someone who has a teardrop I could rent this summer? (from June 13- Aug 3rd) -anywhere from south jersey, Philadelphia to New York area? (I could even drive farther to get it).

I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME!!

I have checked some websites and some folks are charging a whole lot more than I can afford. I am hoping to rent one at a more reasonable price (say around $100-150/week). I am clean, no smoking, no pets, responsible professional who just wants to go to the east coast this summer to camp, visit family and NOT STAY with family or pay so much for hotels... Eventually I want to buy a teardrop , but not quite ready to do that yet. I will be leaving for the east coast NEXT week, so again, please contact me if you have one I could rent.....Thanks Lisa
